For bulk or customized orders, the cancellation, replacement, or returns is subject to approval by management.
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason or the product is damaged or defective, you can return your items shipped by GD Enterprise Fitness for a prompt refund or exchange on conditional circumstances*. *Refunds for items returned within 7 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) in the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of the package.
Return Exceptions
In case the following conditions are not met GD Enterprise reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee or refuse the return.
- The items must be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of original purchase
- Items and packaging must be received in new condition.
- Items have been used or altered
- The original manufacturer’s packaging must not be damaged and repacked properly to avoid transit damage
- Packaging must include all original items, manuals, any included gifts, etc.
- Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box. Before returning the package you need to contact GD Enterprise to receive the Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). You can use the phone number listed on a website or e-mail [email protected]
- The return package must include copying the original invoice or sale receipt
- Item if returned has to be in its original packing. Seller reserves the right to refuse to accept returns it’s not in the original packing form
Shipping charges
- If you have an exchange for the same amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
- Shipment and pickup charges to be borne by the customer
- In case of transit damage, it is advised that the customer does not accept the material from the Courier delivery boy and mentioned the reason as “Package in Damaged Condition”
How Long would it take for a Refund or Exchange shipment?
- Once we receive your return in good condition, we will issue the refund within 5 working days and in the same form as the original payment type.
Cancellations Policy:
A. If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. The entire amount would be refunded to your account. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy. b. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in the pricing of products on the website and stock unavailability. c. If your order is canceled for any reason after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your card account.
