All GD Enterprise products are warranted to the original registered Product purchaser and the parts of the GD Enterprise product (the “Product”) listed below, under normal use and service, shall be free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials only for the period of time beginning from the original date of purchase set forth below.
Warranty coverage begins at the time the Consumer purchases the product and is non-transferable. Warranties are only valid within the INDIA, provided the equipment has been operated according to the instructions accompanying it. The warranty only applies to the product and does not include any accessories or enhancements or any cosmetics. All GD Enterprise authorized shipments that are delivered in original, new packaging are warranted to be free from defects in parts, materials, and workmanship. Under this warranty, GD Enterprise’s obligation is limited to repairing or replacing any part or parts covered under this warranty. Costs for packaging, shipping, and installation are not covered by this warranty.
Please note that the equipment you are purchasing is intended for home use only. If this equipment is placed in a commercial setting it will void the warranty.

Frame
The frame is warranted for defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the Product. The frame is warranted for labor and freight (for parts shipped from GD Enterprise) for the above specified time period. * This limited warranty on the structural frame does not include paint or coatings.
Drive Motor
The treadmill drive motor is warranted for defects in material and workmanship for the above specified time period. This limited warranty does not cover damage or equipment failure resulting from or caused by improper assembly/installation, power fluctuation, failure to follow instructions and warnings in owner’s manual, accident, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.
Parts
The treadmill electrical parts and wear items are warranted for defects in material and workmanship for the above specified time period. This limited warranty does not cover damage or equipment failure resulting from or caused by improper assembly/installation, power fluctuation, failure to follow instructions and warnings in owner’s manual, accident, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance. This limited warranty will apply to but may not be limited to the treadmill elevation motor (incline motor), upper control board, deck, running belt and drive belt. *GD Enterprise shall not warrant the performance of the heart rate system on its products, as the heart rate system performance varies, based on user’s physiology, age, method of use and other factors. *This limited warranty shall not apply to Software version upgrades.
Cosmetics
The treadmill cosmetic parts are warranted for defects in material and workmanship for the above specified time period. This limited warranty does not cover damage or equipment failure resulting from or caused by improper assembly/installation, power fluctuation, failure to follow instructions and warnings in owner’s manual, accident, misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance. This limited warranty will apply to but may not be limited to paint/coatings, covers/caps, badges, overlays, safety key, AUX cables, and USB jack and straddle covers.
Labor
Labor is covered for the above specified time period from the date of purchase unless otherwise expressed within this limited warranty as long as a GD Enterprise authorized service provider performs the service. Service that requires over 100 kilometers of travel may be subject to additional charges. Reasonable and necessary maintenance includes proper lubrication of the running deck and tread built area as specified in the owner’s manual. Failure to maintain proper lubrication of the Product will void this Limited Warranty.
What is not covered?
This Warranty does not apply to conditions caused by physical damage, improper use or normal wear and tear after the original sale. Warranties do not cover any loss or damage resulting from: address change, improper installation; unauthorized repairs; alterations or modifications of original condition; improper use of electrical/power supply, loss of power; dropped product; a malfunction or damage resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance; failure to follow operating instructions; transportation damage; theft; abuse; misuse; neglect; vandalism; or environmental conditions (fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake, or exposure to weather conditions); loss of use during the period the product is awaiting parts or repair; and products purchased from unauthorized dealers. Any password-protected area, reset options, upgrading or tweaking system firmware, software, the application will not cover under this warranty. Under this warranty,GD Enterprise is limited to repairing or replacing any part or parts covered under this warranty. Damage incurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty.

GD Enterprise recommends the use of a Stabilizer To Protect Your Treadmill from Voltage Fluctuation which is very common in India including metro cities like Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai others. This Voltage Fluctuation damages electrical appliances including Treadmill
To & Fro Charges
- If there is any requirement of spares , customers will be charged for the to and fro courier service.
- If the replacement request is placed for any product, to and fro charges will be applicable and the cost has to be borne by the customer.
